VAG- Butterfly Valves
VAG Butterfly valves are available in Flanged and Wafer/Lugged type. Model EKN Butterfly Valves are Flanged and manufactured as per EN 593. Reliable, Double Eccentric butterfly VAG-EKN valves are one of the preferred valves among contractors/consultants/clients. Wide selection of material options, make it acceptable for most of the clients. Valves for water application are supplied with W 270(DVGW water) Non Toxicity Certificate .Cast Body/Disc of DI GGG40. and shaft of SS. Several versions are available for Water, Sea Water & Gas applications. The CEREX model is for Lugged/Wafer types. Valves are supplied either with hand wheel or with electric actuator as per requirement.
These valves provide cavitation free pressure/flow Control, low Noise and Vibration Free operation.RIKO Plunger valve has a DI GGG40 body and SS internal parts. It provides Cavitations Free Control and a Rotationally symmetric flow path. It also helps to achieve controlled Surge. Final Inspection done to EN 12266. VAG-PICO is a Diaphragm type Globe Valve with Pilot control unit. Hydraulically operated PICO valves are effectively utilized for Pressure regulation and surge control.
Slanted seat tilting disc check valves (VAG SKR) made according to EN 12334 are designed to be metal seated, corrosion-proof and wear-resistant. SKR with hydraulic dampener can be effectively utilized for controlled closing at pumping stations thereby avoiding water hammer. Body/Disc of DI GGG40,SS shaft and other material of construction provide a reliable NRV for the severe environment conditions.Shorter closing time due to special design, A Single part body, welded mcrofinished body seat etc. adds to the special features.Final inspection test to EN 12266.Other models available include Reto-stop, top stop, RSK and KRV.
VAG-Duojet air valves are single chamber design, double orifice, and triple function. All SS internal parts, capability to handle large volumes, discharge capacity up to sonic velocity. VAG-Twinjet is double chamber type, having double orifice and triple function. Both Twinjet and Duojet are made of DI GGG40 Body.
These Gate Valves comply with EN1171(DIN 3352 ) and are suitable for of applications related to water, sewage & Gas. VAG Gate Valves have Ductile Iron(GGG40) Body / Disc and SS shaft. Valves for Potable water application are delivered with W 270(DVGW water) Non Toxicity Certificate. The specially designed Gulf version is to meet hard weather conditions and also to comply stringent technical requirements of the clients. Different versions are available for Water, Sewage, & Gas applications. Model EKO suggested for water applications whereas KOS model is best suited for Sewage/Waste Water. Valves are supplied either with hand wheel or with electric actuator as per requirement.
